A standard of cuts are included with this package: Roasts (chuck, rump, cross rib, short ribs), Steaks (top sirloin, rib, New York and filet), Stew beef, Ground beef, Shanks and bones.

Two of the four per beef: trip tip, skirt steak, flank steak or hanger steak.
