A standard of cuts are included with this package: Roasts (chuck, rump, cross rib, sirloin tip), Steaks (top sirloin, ribeye, T Bone and filet), Back Ribs, Short ribs, Ground beef, Shanks and bones

Two of the four per beef: trip tip, skirt steak, flank steak or hanger steak.
